Up Your Food Game For Game Day

Taco Salad

We've built this monstrous taco salad with simple, healthy ingredients and packed it with flavor.


  • Iceberg lettuce (thinly sliced)
  • Grape tomatoes (halved)
  • Fresh or canned corn
  • Black olives (halved)
  • Avocado (diced)
  • Ground Turkey (lean)
  • 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Honey Sriracha Barbecue Sauce
  • Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Cholula Sauce
  • La Cebolla Roja Pickled Red Onions
  • Chives (optional)


Start by cooking your turkey on medium to high heat. Break it up into small pieces. Once the turkey is just about cooked, toss in 1/2 cup of Honey Sriracha Barbecue Sauce. Set aside. Next, start layering your taco salad. Lettuce first, then stack everything else on top or in neat little rows. Add tomatoes, corn, avocado, black olives then ground turkey. Top with La Cebolla Roja's Pickled Red Onions.


In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and 1 Tbsp. Cholula sauce.
