Here's how to make
Cucumber Tuna Salad
- 1 5oz can of tuna
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Fresh dill, chopped
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- La Cebolla Roja's pickled red onions
- Open and drain tuna
- In a small mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise and dill.
- Top each cucumber with tuna salad.
- Garnish with La Cebolla Roja's pickled red onions and fresh dill.
