A Gluten-free Snack With A Twist

This recipe is not only protein packed, it is also gluten-free.

When creating our pickled red onions, we never had gluten-free in the forefront, it just happened that way. We took simple ingredients and combined them to create a condiment that was bursting with flavor.

Here's how to make

Cucumber Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 5oz can of tuna
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • La Cebolla Roja's pickled red onions

Directions:

  1. Open and drain tuna
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise and dill.
  3. Top each cucumber with tuna salad.
  4. Garnish with La Cebolla Roja's pickled red onions and fresh dill.
